About the Summit
The Digital Transformation Finance Summit (DxFS) 2026, organised by the Digital Accounting and Assurance Board of ICAI, served as a national platform bringing together regulators, law enforcement agencies, banks, industry leaders, technology experts, academicians and professionals to deliberate on Digital Trust, Cybersecurity, Digital Personal Data Protection, Forensic Accounting, Information Systems Audit and Digital Assurance.
The Summit was graced by Hon’ble Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana as Chief Guest, and further enriched by a Special Address by Shri Anand Mohan Bajaj, Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
DxFS 2026 witnessed participation from CERT-In, CAG, SEBI, RBI, Telangana Police, CID, NCLT and other stakeholders, in association with I4C (MHA), NeGD (MeitY), NFSU (MHA), ACFE (US) and with the support of ecosystem partners HYSEA and TiE Hyderabad.

DxFS 2026 was inaugurated in the august presence of Hon’ble Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, along with ICAI and DAAB leadership.
A special address was delivered by Shri Anand Mohan Bajaj, Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India, highlighting the role of technology in transforming public audit and digital governance.
